Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown. Large spreading straight-sided bowl, double-knopped air-twist stem, flaring sloping foot with plain rim, rough pontil mark; engraved decoration: laurel-wreath medallion with half-length portrait of Prince Charles Edward, wearing his tartan, and Star of the Order of the Garter; stem of flanking Rose (without bud) and Thistle crossing at center bottom; Star in ascendancy on reverse.
