Physical DescriptionOlive-green non-lead glass; blown, painted (unfired). Large, cylindrical neck with slightly flared rim, trailed "string rim"; rounded shoulders, bulbous base; sides with painted decoration: obverse with a battle between Dutch and British ships, enclosed by a C-scroll frame; reverse with a coat of arms of two lions passant, in a C-scroll frame; underside of base with deep, conical "kick" and rough pontil mark.Provenance
