Physical DescriptionWine or Firing Glass. Colorless non-lead glass, of grayish cast; free-blown and crudely engraved. Large drawn bowl and wide hollow "stem" tapering to applied wide terraced (1 step) circular firing foot with plain rim, rough pontil mark; on one side, a large "B" and, around upper part, leaf and scrolled-vine circlet below a hair and a wavy line.
