Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, enameled, gilded. Waisted form with flared, facet-cut and outline-gilded footrim; yellow- stained band at rim with a linked series of enameled ovals, each containing a sign of the Zodiac, and inscribed with the initial letter of each month above and the number of days in that month below; a band of linked C-scrolls below, with floral decoration; polished pontil mark on base; inscribed "AK" in black enamel between two facets at the base of the footrim.Provenance
