Physical Description7 Vessels. (A) Transparent pale bluish-green glass with very few bubbles; blown, tooled. Shallow dish; plain rounded rim, vertical side and broad, almost horizontal floor with single tooled grooves immediately above and immediately below carination; solid base ring; very slight kick; pontil mark consisting of cluster of small scars occupying circular area 2.5 cm across. (B) Transparent pale bluish green glass, virtually without bubbles; blown, tooled. Shallow dish; plain molded rim, vertical side and broad, almost horizontal floor with single tooled grooves immediately above and immediately below carination; solid base ring; pontil mark consisting of cluster of small scars occupying circular area 2.5 cm across. (C) Greenish-colorless glass with few small bubbles; blown, lathe-cut. Truncated conical beaker; plain rim, ground flat; straight, slightly tapering side, which curves in towards bottom; flat base with low kick; no pontil mark. Three zones of lathe-cut lines on wall; (1) single broad groove immediately below rim, (2) single broad groove with narrow line above and below, 3 cm below rim, (3) single narrow line, 6.5 cm below rim. (D) Greenish- colorless glass, virtually without bubbles; blown, lathe-cut. Truncated conical beaker; plain rim, ground flat; straight, slightly tapering side, which curves in towards bottom, flat base with low kick; no pontil mark. Three zones of lathe-cut lines on wall; (1) single broad groove immediately below rim, (2) single broad groove with narrow line above and below, 3.3 cm below rim, (3) single narrow line, 6 cm below rim. Faint horizontal striations suggest that the exterior was polished on the lathe. (E) Transparent pale bluish-green glass, virtually without bubbles; blown, tooled. Vertical rim with plain rounded lip; fold at base of rim in form of overhanging collar; wall curves in, down and in with roughly S-shaped profile; pad base; pontil mark. (F) Transparent pale bluish-green glass, virtually without bubbles; blown, tooled. Everted rim with plain rounded lip; fold at base of rim in form of projecting collar; wall curves in, down and in; pad base; pontil mark. (G) Transparent pale bluish-green glass, with few bubbles; blown, tooled. Everted rim with plain rounded lip; fold at base of rim in form of projecting collar; wall curves in, down and in; pad base; no pontil mark.
