Physical DescriptionOrnament as a Pendant. Transparent gold glass; cast, cold-worked. A thick, almost circular disc; sculptured design of a dragon head in full relief hugging the upper edge and looking forward at a young dragon, also in relief but in almost colorless glass; the dragon's body proceeds down on the reverse and through the central perforation where the body widens, almost completely filling the opening, the forked tail proceeding in low relief on the obverse; two well-cut notches on the bottom right edge and at the upper left a needlelike perforation drilled through the disc.
