Physical DescriptionOpaque mottled green shaded to purple-grey "Tyrian" lead glass and translucent "Gold Aurene" and yellowish-white lead glass; blown and decorated. Circular "Gold Aurene" applied rim; mottled green neck with "Gold Aurene" and yellowish white "zigzag" decoration swells to shoulder with "Gold Aurene" applied band; mottled green shading to dark purple-grey curvilinear inverted conical body which swells at base area and curves under to base; applied "Gold Aurene" leaf and vine encircles the upper body area; polished pontil; wheel engraved on base: "Tyrian"; also: "F Carder 1917".
