Physical DescriptionColorless glass; blown from two gathers. Short, everted rim with rounded lip; wall descends almost vertically but with slightly convex profile, reaches greatest diameter two-thirds of way down and then curves inward to bottom; short stem; hollow foot, splayed at bottom, with rounded footrim and flat base. No pontil mark. White paper label with inscription in black letters below gold crown and above red and white flag of Denmark: "HOLME/ GAARD/ OF COPENHAGEN/ BY APPOINTMENT TO/ THE ROYAL DANISH COURT/ MADE IN DENMARK."Provenance
