Round funnel bowl; engraved scene of a man greeting a woman, with a radiant sun and clouds above; inscribed on the reverse "AUX BONNES ETRENNES."; stem composed of an angular knop above a tall, slender inverted baluster with air beads, and a ball knop at the base; conical foot, inscribed in diamond-point script "Jacob Sang, Fec = Amsterdam, 1760."; rough pontil mark.Provenance
