Cylindrical shape with pattern of four horizontal ridges on top third and four more on bottom third; center space embossed "CORNING GLASS WORKS / 1868 1928 / CORNING, N.Y. USA" on one side and CGW in script in a rectangle on the other side; "SOUVENIR / FRESNEL OR SHIP / RUNNING LIGHT / LENS" on base.
