Physical DescriptionOpaque brick red non-lead glass; blown. Pear-shaped body, with slightly flared, cylindrical neck, swelling at the base into a bulbous body; trailed wide foot rim; applied ribbed loop handle, curled at the lower terminal; domed pewter cover with shell- shaped thumb-latch hinged to the handle; pewter foot rim; rough pontil mark.
