Waisted bowl with solid base; sides enameled with white foliate wreath around the rim, with yellow and red Masonic symbols below (dividers, rule, and sun on one side, hammer, trowel, square, and plumb-bob? on the other, with a key and pair of dividers or compass between); rough pontil mark.
