Physical DescriptionVase. Colorless glass; blown, matte crackled surface, possibly acid- etched. Ovoid shape tapering to cylindrical neck; with two applied handles extending from shoulder to neck; rounded rim; black and brown enamel surface decoration consists of geometric motifs in registers and series of birds which appear to balance on one leg; signed on base in black enamel: "Handmade in Greece/Oxyal/[Unintelligible]/13300".
