Physical DescriptionTranslucent amethyst glass, bubbly some white stone in foot, surface dull with thin irregular film of silvery iridescence; core-formed. Heavy rim, rounded by reheating, constricts before forming short wide cylindrical neck; wall bends out to form shoulder before tapering in to inverted and truncated conical body with slightly convex wall; pad base tooled and flattened with kick in center.Provenance
