Domed, circular shape, with polished flat facet on top; enclosing an opaque white dome, with frit depiction of a red tent, inscribed "CORNING/NO/53/K.O.T.M."; polished, flat base; paper sticker on the bottom with typed inscription "Pprwtht/Maxwell/MntclrShow/9-22-61".
