Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown and cut. Deep cylindrical bowl, spreading rim, applied circular foot with ground and polished pontil mark; cut decoration: deep swags, upper one finely ribbed, above graduated deep flutes; above swagging, narrow band of sharp diagonal ribs between wide horizontal ribs; rim, alternate fans and lunes, tops forming scalloped edge; band of fine rays around outer edge of foot.
