Physical DescriptionSarsaparilla Bottle. Bluish aquamarine non-lead glass; blown in a full-size mold. Rectangular shape; with tooled rounded collar; two mold seams going down neck, diagonally across shoulders and down opposite corners; inscription in front "HOOD'S/COMPOUND/EXTRACT/SARSA/ PARILLA" on one side, "C.I.HOOD & CO." on the other "LOWELL MASS"; molded circular depression on base.
