Physical DescriptionPaperweight. Colorless, polychrome lead glass; paperweight, millefiori. Domed, circular form, enclosing millefiori canes arranged in concentric rings, with a central ribbed white cane containing purple silhouette figures of two dancing "devils"; encircled by a ring of pink, white, and green canes containing white silhouettes of dancing "devils", a ring of pink and white canes, a ring of ribbed white and red canes, a ring of green, blue, and white canes, a ring of green, blue and pink canes, with two canes inscribed "SL" and "1848" inserted; with a ring of blue overlaid white rods at the outside, which are brought together at the base; polished pontil mark; paper label inscribed "29." in ink.
