(a) Flat oval lenses rimmed with gold-plated metal, soldered to a simple arched bridge, hinged to curved wire legs ending in a solid teardrop, one stamped "14K' and the other "ALASKA P 14K." (b) Long rectangular molded cardboard case covered with leather, rounded at one end and with a flap which fits into a pocket at the other, front of case stamped in gilt "D.F.FERO/JEWELER&OPTICIAN/CORNING; N.Y." in a rectangle.Provenance
