Physical DescriptionTranslucent dark amber brown agate or "Schmelz" glass with green, blue and brown streaks with many minute and small bubbles and few sand impurities; surface slightly pitted; free-blown, tooled, with applied parts. On a domed, folded foot sits the flat oval flask-like body, tapering to the cylindrical neck with flaring rim and pinched lip; the ear-shaped handle is attached at the top of the neck and the shoulder, ending in a loop.Provenance
