Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead sheet glass (natural green tint), cream-colored Texas fossilized limestone; glass is chipped, assembled with cut and sandblasted stone. Symmetrical vertical sculpture in form of a simple stone structure with layered glass interior; solid square roof is pitched into four equilateral triangles with thick base edge, roof is supported by four solid squared columns that are notched to support ten squares of sheet glass, with chipped edges, layered horizontally and interleaved with small centered and quarter-turned squares of glass producing effect of an internal glass column; glass and columns rest on thick solid square base with broadly beveled sides; all limestone is sandblasted revealing irregular pitting and fossilized shells; four solid colorless plastic hemispheres siliconed to underside corners of base; unsigned; white rectangular on base written in pencil in block letters: "TR:1406-91/Rollins 12/18/91".Provenance
