Physical DescriptionTranslucent amethyst glass, weathered, heavily pitted with patches of brilliant iridescence; cast, lathe-cut and polished. Rim rounded by reheating and grinding, wall bends in slightly, thinning toward base which is flat; single wheel-cut groove on interior, 1 cm below rim, exterior fire-polished, interior lathe-polished.Provenance
