Hexagonal shape, with one cut facet on top and six around sides; enclosing a sulphide bust of "JIMMY CARTER" marked "GP", on a blue ground; cane in base with "SL1977". Gold paper label on one side marked "CRISTAL/ST LOUIS/FRANCE".
