Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown. (A) Cylindrical tube rounded at one end with five holes evenly spaced; other end has a collared opening; remains of oval paper label on side with "BY/...OY/...GE, MASS". Separate inner rod has rubber gasket inside and out and is wrapped with string for tight fit; (B) female syringe, long cylinder rounded at one end with four small holes; glass rod insert wrapped with cotton (?) thread to make a tight fit at inner end.Provenance
