Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown, hot-worked. Tall hollow amphora-shaped vase in form of a headless female figure; narrow cylindrical collared opening ground and polished flat, wide circular shoulder extends at right angle then tapers in sharply to form hourglass waist, two solid spheres applied to one side form "breasts", two arm handles are applied to shoulder on opposite sides, flanking breasts, as thick bits bent and angled down then pulled to form two narrow tapered handles curving inward, "hand" ends are turned upward and attached at "hip" area, lower two-thirds of body is conical and decorated with horizontal rows of narrow trailed irregular zig-zag "ruffles", body tapers to narrow solid base (area nearest base is void of applications); base ground and polished flat, no pontil; unsigned.
