Physical DescriptionDark colorless lead glass; blown, cut and engraved. (a) Slender ovoid bodies tapering at top into short necks with plain spreading lips and, at bottoms, to applied hollow, molded pedestal feet with low domes on square bases; decoration: engraved and polished, freely drawn, bees and flowers with sweeping stems and leaves, flat cut "honey-comb" facets on neck and circlet of long ovals at bottom; ends of flower petals unpolished. (b) Lozenge stoppers with notched edges and, on face, row of flat facets forming plain polygon center.
