Physical DescriptionVase. Transparent copper-green lead glass; blown and gilded. Body with rounded shoulder and straight walls tapering towards concave base with very rough pontil mark, short cylindrical neck with uneven rim. Gilded decoration depicting a lady with a fan, surrounded by branches, leaves, flowers (roses and daisies) and ornamental motifs, below rim a broad saw-tooth and a plain ring, above base another plain ring, on the reverse sprays of flowers.Provenance
