Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass, borosilicate; pressed; a) hemispherical shaped dish; rim a raised band of glass with machine finished top; two handles, one opposite the other; handles squared off with rounded corners and sides that taper out rim; body of dish tapered in to base; flat circular base with PYREX® backstamp including item number "623" molded into center; b) circular shaped cover; handle in center of cover, top of handle has round knob with raised bump in center, knob on pedestal that flares out to base of handle, base flares out and blends into top of cover; top of cover slightly domed, "PYREX®" molded into top on one side of cover, "G/623-C" molded into top on opposite side of cover; rim flat, inner edge of rim underside raised to form ridge.
