Physical DescriptionColorless glass; cork; mold-blown. Tapering octagonal body in cross section, each side concave; body surmounted by slightly bulbous cylindrical neck; embossed on one side "J. ZWACK & Ce/ BUDAPEST"; six paper labels: one, at top, U.S. Internal Revenue "Less than ½ Pint" tax seal, two, at top, remains of a tax label; beneath these two, a third label "J. Z. [illegible]"; four, spanning three faces on front, "ANISETTE/LIQUEUR/NOTRE MEILLEURE MARQUE/MAGYAR GYARTMANY"; five, below four: "TRADE/ MARK", and below this a sixth "[illegible]".
