Kuranosuke Iwaki
It appears that Dorothy Blair acted as an "Intermediary" between the Museum and Kuranosuke Iwaki for 61.6.41 AB. The two eyes are on RR003724, for which Blair is the Source. AvS notes that Blair is the donor on his 1961 cataloging; Blair notes that Iwaki is the SOURCE on her 1974 cataloging, however this is obviously incorrect given the object's appearance on RR003724.
