This goblet comes from the property of the princes of Oettingen-Wallerstein, a family documented in Germany since 1141.
Physical DescriptionCovered Goblet Engraved with Continent of Europe. Colorless glass, blown, cut, engraved. Covered goblet, the baluster stem, base of the bowl and finial of the lid cut, and the bowl engraved with allegory of the European Continent after 16th century design.
