Physical DescriptionPorringer and Plate in "Alphabet" Pattern. Colorless lead glass; cut and engraved. (a) Bulbous bowl with thick rim; letters of the alphabet engraved in squares all around rim; cut panels around body; flat circular base with polished pontil mark. (b) Circular shape with letters of the alphabet engraved in squares around rim; cut panels sloping to round base engraved with wreath of flowers.
