Domed, circular shape of opaque white, with a fused millefiori cane on the top; in plastic envelope, with loose millefiori canes; the fused panel glued to a cardboard label inscribed in Japanese, (A) inscribed number "33", (B) inscribed "38”, (C) inscribed "52”, (D) inscribed "73", (E) inscribed "80", (F) inscribed "85", (G) inscribed "111", (H) inscribed "120", (I) inscribed "122", (J) inscribed "317".
