Physical DescriptionColorless glass; blown and diamond-stipple engraved. Wineglass with a pointed round funnel and with a tooling mark on the rim; the baluster stem shows three knops with airtraps and a base knop above the slightly domed foot. The bowl is diamond-stipple engraved with an outdoor scene of two seated men in profile wearing floppy hats and facing each other. The one on the left, sitting on a three-legged footstool, is offering a glass of beer to his companion, who in turn is reaching for it with his right hand while holding a pipe in the other. Behind them, next to a rock, a covered jug is standing on the ground. The scene is framed by trees and other vegetation, and a banderole above them reads "VRIENDSHAP".
