Physical DescriptionTransparent yellowish brown glass; blown, handle applied. Handle, with part of wall. Wall straight, vertical or almost vertical; handle made by attaching trail to lower part of wall, pulling it up to rim and tooling it flat, then drawing it horizontally outward, folding it downward and inward, and pinching it to make semicircular thumb-rest (which is somewhat lopsided); then drawing trail downward, first away from wall, then toward it, and finally away again before folding it inward and upward and attaching it to wall, with excess glass pulled up outside; folded glass then pinched to make flat, downward-pointing finger-rest.Provenance
