Physical DescriptionHeavy translucent very bubbly colorless cloudy glass with blue and yellow tint and brownish-red streaks and speckles, surface pitted (pate-de-verre ?); cast by lost wax process, then polished with wheel and special stone. Solid cylindrical foot with ground base, applied outspreading bowl; acid-etched geometrical pattern on bowl-outside: three friezes of volutes and horizontal lines between rings; stamped at bottom: "DECORCHEMONT", diamond point engraved in base: "A76".Provenance
