Physical DescriptionTransparent light pink, translucent white non-lead glasses, metal, rubber, thread; lampworked. Flattened, pointed-ovoid, spirally-striped (with translucent white stripes) shape; one end drawn into a slender tube, bent to one side and open at the end, with a slender, hair-like tube extending from the tip of that tube through the atomizer to the opposite, slightly rounded end; another tube attached to one side of the ovoid, with a rubber bladder attached to it with a gilded metal collar; the bladder with raised, molded inscription, "SoMOKINS."; the bladder covered with a red thread net; a short metal chain attached to the tube, above the bladder collar, with turned metal cap (to cover the bent, tubular opening on the atomizer) attached to the end of the chain, the cap lined with a soft, tan substance.Provenance
