Physical DescriptionFragment of Cup. Colorless; decorated in yellowish brown. Blown; stained. Fragment of cylindrical cup. Rim plain, perhaps cracked off or ground; wall (Th. less than 0.1 cm) vertical or almost vertical. Decorated on outside. At top of wall, two more or less horizontal stripes, presumably continuous, above broad band of repetitive Kufic or pseudo-Kufic inscription: perhaps al-yumn (good fortune).
