Physical DescriptionPale blue non-lead glass, rubber, metal; mold-blown jar, pressed lid. (a) Pressed glass lid has glass screw-threaded vent hole in top and pressed inscription on lower surface which is read through top surface: "PAT. NOV 25TH 1884 MAR 3D 85" in circle around vent hole; rubber gasket around neck of jar; metal fold fits over lid and screws on neck; separate metal cap screws over vent hole inscribed "PAT NOV 2584 MAR 385"; (b) cylindrical, slightly narrower at top; ground lip, screw threads on neck; mold seams from neck down both sides to base; "WOODBURY" above a WGW monogram on one side; WOODBURY GLASS / WORKS / WOODBURY NJ" around "18" on base.
