Physical DescriptionAlmost colorless. Blown; relief-cut. Jar with cylindrical mouth and four-sided wall and base. Rim plain, with top flush with shoulder, which is probably flat (see “Comment”); wall vertical, but curving in at bottom; base flat; no pontil mark. Wall cut to form four adjoining flat tear-shaped facets (H. 1.3 cm, W. 1.1 cm), each truncated at top and containing one small oval boss; on shoulder and upper wall, four hollow facets, one between each pair of flat facets. The shoulder is covered by a copper alloy disk (Th. 0.1 cm) with a circular hole (D. 0.4 cm) at the center.
