Physical DescriptionFragment of Cup or Bowl. Transparent very pale greenish blue, with many small bubbles; decorated in brownish red and orange yellow. Blown; stained. Fragment of cup or bowl. Bottom of wall (Th. 0.1 cm) curves down and in, and merges with base, which is very slightly convex; pontil mark circular (D. 0.6 cm). Decorated on inside (when seen from interior): at center of floor, rosette (D. 2.4 cm) consisting of circle surrounded by eight petals, outlined in brownish red and filled with orange yellow; to left of rosette, bird with open beak and long neck, shown in profile, facing right, also outlined in reddish brown and filled with orange yellow; to right of rosette, small part of bird(?), upside down and shown in profile, facing left. Edges and some extremities of ornament are pale yellow.
