Physical DescriptionVase, "Fish Bowl". Colorless glass, with yellow, green, dark blue, light blue, red, and brown cane decoration; blown and cased, enclosing hot-applied cane drawings, base ground and polished. Vase: spheroid, with thick walls. Rim plain, rounded; wall curves outward and downward, then inward to bottom; base plain, with flat underside. Decorated on base with brown, red, and yellow pebbles, and on body with continuous frieze of yellow, green, dark blue, and light blue water plants, with dark blue, light blue, and red fish swimming between them. Scratched signature on base: "RICHARD / JOLLEY" above "FISH / BOWL / 82".Provenance
