Physical DescriptionBarber Bottle. Transparent cobalt blue non-lead glass; mold-blown, tooled, enameled, gilded. Dark blue barber bottle with globular body, long, cylindrical neck and a sheared rim. The body is painted with a band of "Persian" design in silver enamel with opaque yellow outlines and details. A sequence of narrow gilded bands decorate the shoulder of the vessel. The rim shows traces of gilding. Rough pontil mark under concave base.
