Physical Description"Forget-Me-Not Posy" Vase in original box with information borchure (2nd edition in Waterford Society Posy Vase Collection.) Colorless glass; cut, polished. Waisted shape, larger at top than at base, design and cut "X" with vertical groove between, one vertical groove below center of each "X" and three in fan shaped above. Three part grey box; box, lid and slip cover. Lid grey with silver lettering "WATERFORD ® / CRYSTAL" below seahorse trademark. Slip cover has gummed label barcode "021258 198326 / WATERFORD / SOCIETY / POSY VASE / W921.734.5300 / CONTENTS 1 / PRODUCT OF IRELAND / 690890338224." Grey exterior, white interior. Brochure: glossy paper, trifold.
