Physical DescriptionColorless, presumably lead glass, of gray tinge; blown, cut and engraved. Deep ovoid bowl tapering sharply at bottom to applied stem with ring knop at top and spreading at bottom to circular step-like formation, applied flat circular foot with ground and polished pontil mark; decoration: upper part of bowl -- 3-drape fringed swags between two opposing large shields with anchors on frosted field and two opposing circular medallions with bow knot and laurel garland at top; on lower bowl, petal-topped flat tapering panels; stem cut in nine panels.Provenance
