Interpretive Notes
This pattern is shown in the only known company catalog. Although undated, the catalog was published between 1905 and 1910 judging by the names of the officers listed. The company was founded in the 1890's, and seems to have closed by 1911. It is known to have used blanks from the Pairpoint Corporation but probably also used them from other sources as well.

Physical DescriptionPunch Bowl in "No. 17" Pattern. Colorless lead glass; blown, cut; two part punch bowl having a bulbous bowl (a) with scalloped top rim (6 larger and 6 smaller scallops, cut with 8 and 6 rounded serrations respectively), cut pattern on body of 6 large alternating with 6 smaller hobstars, above pairs of ellipses filed with fine diamond cutting around the points of a large 6-pointed hobstar which fills the base; hobstar cut on flat disk knob on bottom which fits into (b) bell-shaped hollow base cut in matching pattern with scalloped bottom edge.
