Physical DescriptionColorless with golden tint non-lead glass, borosilicate; pressed, engraved; a) ovoid casserole; rim a machine finished raised stepped band, inner edge lowered; dish tapered in to bottom, bottom rounded in to base; circumference of casserole exterior engraved with flower sprays; flat oval base with Pyrex ® backstamp molded into center; b) oval cover; round knob with bump in center, bottom of knob flared out to knob base, base flared out in to cover; cover domed; top engraved with sprays of flowers; flat machine finished rim; "PYREX" molded into top of one end of cover, "194" molded into other end; c) ovoid wire mounter frame, oval ring with two handles, one at each end, illegible word (maybe "Attatock"?) stamped into top of each handle; base formed by two sets of two parallel cross wires, one set across the width, the other across the length, ends of wires turned up to form sides of mounter.Provenance
