Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle with Stopper-Cap-Spoon. Transparent yellow-brown glass; blown, cased, and cameo carved. (a) Flattened oval body; tapering upward to short cylindrical neck; design cut in high relief, obverse, with a deer and a bat on a rock under a tree; reverse, with a crane on rocks under pine tree, with fungus (?) in beak; oval ring base; (b) hemispherical, aquamarine stopper-cap (half of a bead), set in metal rim; ivory spoon.
