Physical Description(a) Opaque red, very deep purple (appearing black), white, green, and light yellow. Slices of cane fused to form disk, which was cast; ground and polished. Fragment of vessel. Very small part of wall survives
(Th. 0.25–0.35 cm), and its orientation cannot be determined. Fragment is composed of identical cane slices (D. about 0.5 cm) with, at center, red dot surrounded by ring of alternating purple and white
radial stripes, with green and yellow rings outside it. Both exterior and interior were polished. (b) Opaque red, very deep purple (appearing black), white, green, turquoise, and light yellow. Slices of cane fused around rod or core; ground and polished. Fragment of cylindrical object. Wall (Th. 0.2 cm) is straight and consists of cane slices (D. about 0.5–0.7 cm) with, at center, red dot surrounded by ring of
alternating purple and white radial stripes, with turquoise and yellow rings outside it. Patches of green arealso found outside turquoise rings and are separated by yellow rings; it is not clear whether they are monochrome chips or distorted slices. Exterior is glossy; interior has matte brownish surface.
