Interpretive Notes
This pouch-shaped bowl is tied with a bow in the form of a raised band made by crimping an applied trail.
Physical DescriptionOpaque peach shading to yellow glass; blown, mold-blown, tooled, applied. Bowl in the shape of a sack with high waist and squiggled trail encircling the bowl. There is an applied center prunt with ends of trail extending downward as if a rope were tied around the sack which then flares outward to a scalloped rim. Polished pontil mark, acid etched "satin" surface.
